Team Hope Walk and Family Day - 2024

I cannot think of enough wonderful adjectives to describe this day! It was so uplifting, fantastic, magical, joyful, fun, delicious food, and reconnecting with our many HD friends. I can share that my HD wife looked forward to this event, every year, where, as Lindsay said. NOBODY has to explain HD!
And, of course, many, many accolades to Lindsay Morrison for orchestrating a seemingly endless array of details. Great food, friendly servers, volunteers from Kohl's, magician, face painting, yard games, team artwork design, raffles, very cool DJ, and Lindsay's crowning achievement, of which I am in total awe --- Mother Nature provided us with what has to be the perfect day - sunny, warm [not hot]. Slight breeze, and NONE of the miserable drought and rain we had been experiencing in September.
Great news, we blasted past our financial goal, and our registration/attendance expectations. Wow, we have set the bar higher!
